  1. This feels a LOT like the tech general SV tech industry felt for me in 2011. Literal rooms full of white men and hella opportunity to jump in and ride the wave. But no women, poc, just no diversity at all.
  1. Now there are certainly poc using crypto as a means for funding and investing abd that's a good thing. But far too few of us on the building side of the equation.
  1. That needs to change. It's always been my mission to shift the prism for poc (especially woc) to the seat of creator rather than consumer/user.
