This panel focused on the readiness, recruitment, and retention of early to mid-career employees and entrepreneurs of color in the U.S. tech sector for an audience of key stakeholders. Critical solutions were offered to CEOs, CDOs, and investors, as well as to university administrators and non-profit leaders. The panel's experts explored and debated some of the challenges that hamper recruitment and retention efforts, and provided toolkits for organizations and individuals.
