Top Story #1 ... Silicon Valley ++++++++++++++

  1. Why doesn't Silicon Valley hire black coders?  ... DLL Editor's note -- This long article implies that Google might have hired more Howard University grads if had they spent far more time learning how to code slick tight apps, instead of acquiring a firm grasp of the fundamentals of computer science. Does this mean that HU students would have achieved even higher "Googley" scores had they skipped college altogether and enrolled in six month coding boot camps or in Udacity's one-year "nano degree" programs (designed by Google, of course)????? ... Hmmmmmmmm ... Booker T would be pleased; Dr. DuBois, not so much ... :-(
