DLL Storify of the Howard University Hackathon -- Saturday 3/6/15 to Saturday 3/7/15

Last update: Saturday 3/7/15 @ 9:30 pm
Howard University's most recent hackathon was organized by Mr. Aaron Saunders, an adjunct instructor in HU's Department of Systems and Computer Science. Outside of academia, Mr. Saunders is the CEO/founder of Clearly Innovative, a software development firm; the author of the best selling programmer's guide to "Building Cross-Platform Apps using Titanium, Alloy, and Appcelerator Cloud Services"; and a nationally renowned coding activist.

Hopefully other HBCUs will also engage experienced professionals like Mr. Saunders to immerse their students in hackathons and other exciting, hands-on learning experiences, experiences that will accelerate their acquisition of highly marketable software development skills ... Below find the DLL Storify of tweets from participants who used hashtags = "#HUhacks" and "@HowardU" ... Storyfies of other #DiversityInTech events are listed in the DLL's Archives
