Johnson gave a historic commencement address, titled "To Fulfill These Rights" at Howard University, an eloquent speech that laid the conceptual foundations for LBJ's subsequent "affirmative action" programs. An hour-long Twitter Chat on Thursday, June 4, 2015, beginning at 1 p.m. (EST) /10 a.m.(PST) enabled professors of the Howard University School of Law to discuss this historical moment at Howard and connected it to current events and dynamics in today's society.
