The Level Playing Field Institute(LPFI) partnered with Platform to host this hackathon at Morehouse College in Atlanta called "Level the Coding Field." Its purpose was to expose minority groups to computer science and to promote production rather than just consumption of technology within these groups. Special guest speakers included David Johns, Executive Director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans, and Jewel Burks, CEO/Founder PartPic.
