"The all-day hackathon, which organizers promoted with hashtags like 4Harlem, HackHarlem, and UptownTechie, was aimed mainly at young people between the ages of 13 and 24. About 50 participants competed in teams for the best technology-oriented business plan based on the question, 'How can technology be used to improve your life and your community?'
